The Event ID number can contain any combination of numbers, and does not indicate one specific problem. Oftentimes clearing the cache and cookies from your Internet browser solves the problem.
To clear the cache and cookies in Internet Explorer click on "Tools" in the toolbar and select "Internet Options."
To clear the cache and cookies in Firefox click on "Tools" in the toolbar and select "Clear Recent History."
Choose the time range and what you want to delete and click "Clear Now."
If, after clearing the cache and cookies, the problem is still not resolved, please email RefWorks Support and provide details about what you were doing at the time you received this error message (Were you creating a bibliography? Trying to import new references? Modifying an output style? The more details you provide, the quicker the problem can be resolved).
