RefWorks allows users to create their own personal bibliography.

The Bibliography (called References in APA)

• lists all the books, journal articles, webpages, etc. that you use in your paper
• located at the end of your paper

In-text Citations

• placed directly after the thought, idea, or quotation
• usually consists of the author's last name and the year of publication and sometimes, page numbers
