arXiv gives access to thousands of article pre-prints from many areas of research, including computer science, software engineering, and programming.
CiteSeerx is an evolving scientific literature digital library and search engine that has focused primarily on the literature in computer and information science.
Google Scholar indexes articles from many journals - both traditional and open access options. While you may not always find OA options through Google Scholar, you may older articles that are OA, or find individual articles within a journal are made OA.
