Format and Example - The Merck Index

In your reference list, cite information from The Merck Index online using the "drug database (Lexicomp, CPS, etc.)" format:

Drug Name. In: (Specific database title). Publisher. Publication date (if available). Updated date. Accessed date. URL (no period after the URL)

Note: Sometimes the updated/published dates are not available.

Example:
